Thanks for joining me! This site is intended to provide considered film reviews, partly because I enjoy it, partly because films are often seen as the novel’s poor and rather slow cousin. Perhaps it may give an objective opinion before you commit to between 1 and 4 hours of viewing time.
Also, I’ve included some of those ‘you mean you’ve never seen’ films. Some are truly great others just make you sound well informed but are dry as dust. Hopefully, this helps you find your starting point.
The site is currently under development and some shorter reviews from other sites are being consolidated here. They will be expanded over time but there should be enough to give an overall feel for the film. Feel free to follow at any point.
